can hardly believe kye is 3!
he still seems like such a "baby" to me
but, he really isn't.
since last year--
* he has only been to the doctor once--for a cough
* he was potty trained for about a week--then sam and i went to chicago for a weekend
* he has finally started talking--repeating most of what we say
* he is still a big-time milk drinker
*LOVES chips, carrots, ice cream and his new fav. --pop
* still adores ALL grandpa's--even if they aren't his
* has a huge imagination and will play by himself for hours
* enjoys playing the games on wii fit and is really pretty good
* cars, cowboys and his new batcave and castle are his favorite toys right now
* still kisses me multiple times a day and gently touches/rubs my ears--LOVE this
* is REALLY rough if there is another boy involved
* loves playing catch with dad and has a really good aim
* got the pedal-thing down with his trike last summer--i'm excited to see what his new bike will bring
* is an excellent picker-upper of toys and such
* is fairly obedient
* still loves his bath time
* still comes into our bed EVERY night--rain or shine
* very good at putting puzzles together
* a little obsessed with board games right now and will sit through a whole game
* toy story is his favorite movie right now--all 3 of them
* says our before-meal prayer for every meal and they can get pretty lengthy
* wears a size 4 in clothes and size 11 in shoes
* plays really well with his sisters--about 50% of the time
* enjoys running errands with dad, but is also content to stay home with mom
* will sometimes only eat 1 meal a day--just picking during the other 2
so completely thankful God blessed me with this precious, rough, loving, athletic, happy, energetic KYE!!
it's been a good year.
