we finished up our month long study on the solar system last week.
our reason for this study began when my mother-in-law gave us this beauty--
(the solar system mobile in the corner of the room)
i could barely remember which planet was which--so--we decided to do a study on it!
not only did the kids learn a ton but so did i.
our last week of the study the girls created their own solar system mobiles. it was fun, messy and entertaining all at the same time. i so enjoy watching the girls use their imaginations!
this was the messy part...
however, he just love working with paper mache.
and this was the entertaining part...
i can't think of one thing i enjoy more than watching these girls faces as they use their imaginations to create something.
this girl had more on herself and the table --but i love how focused she gets when she is creating.
